WHO WE ARE

Grenadians in Action, Inc. (GIA) is  a public charity under the code  501 (c) (3). The organization grew out of a compassionate need of fellow Grenadians, led by Winston Briggs and Pastor Greenidge, former pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Brooklyn to support Tropical Haven Bible Camp which was devastated by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. Over the years, the mission of GIA has expanded-- we now serve as a philanthropic nonprofit organization devoted to funding educational and medical projects throughout Grenada and helping those in need. In 2008, the group came under the name Grenadians in Actions Incorporated and attained its current status under the IRS code in 2014.

WHAT WE DO

Acting consciously tidentify with others in need. Action.

For over 25 years the group organized support by shipping food and commodities to help run the camp. Many young lives have testified of how Tropical Haven Bible Camp ministry helped shape their lives. Over the years the mission of the group has expanded-- providing educational and medical support to individuals and organizations in Grenada.
